These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and s77 Casino ("s77," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at s77.one and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

To register and maintain an account on s77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of s77, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the s77 Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. s77 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the s77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your s77 account. This includes all wagers placed, transactions made, and communications sent through your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

You must take all reasonable steps to maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Specifically, you agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify s77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to use your account to place wagers or conduct transactions.

s77 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from s77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the s77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). s77 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your s77 account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance. s77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements fully met before a withdrawal can be requested.
• s77 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but s77 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days.

s77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected Terms violations. In cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected, s77 may freeze account funds and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

s77 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. s77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and associated free spins have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Abuse Prevention: s77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
• Withdrawal of Deposit: If you choose to withdraw your deposit before meeting the wagering requirements on an active bonus, s77 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any associated winnings from your withdrawal.

All games available on the s77 Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface, as well as the general gaming rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the individual game rules shall prevail.

s77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers and are subject to real-time monitoring.

The following general gaming rules apply to all players on the s77 Platform:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. s77 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, s77 will resolve the situation in accordance with the applicable game rules. Where a game round cannot be completed, the wager will be refunded to your account balance.
• s77 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation.

• s77 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be removed, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, licensing changes, or other operational reasons.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the s77 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the s77 Platform or its software.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward s77 staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the s77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from s77.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any s77 trademarks, logos, or brand elements for any purpose without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of s77's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by s77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, s77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the s77 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or Platform unavailability.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by third-party game providers.

The s77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. s77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

In no event shall s77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your s77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

s77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the s77 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

s77 collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the Platform.

s77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• At s77's sole discretion, for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

You may close your s77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

s77 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and guidelines issued by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

s77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, s77 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the s77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
